Job Overview: The AEM Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires strong knowledge of AEM development practices, with a preference for candidates who have 2+ years of .NET experience to support integration and backend services. Essential Duties:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
What You'll Do:

• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Configure AEM workflows for content approval and publishing.
• Integrate AEM with external systems and APIs, leveraging .NET experience where applicable.
• Collaborate with UX designers, QA, and other developers in an Agile environment.
• Optimize AEM performance and ensure best practices for security and scalability.
• Support deployment processes and troubleshoot production issues.

Education & Experience:
Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Adobe Experience Manager certification(s)
• Experience with Dispatcher caching and AEM performance tuning.

Certificates & Licenses:
Location: Hybrid attendance (in-office 3x/week) in either Phoenix, AZ, Des Moines, or Fairfield, IA
Salary Range: $120-140,000/year
