The Academy of Beauty Professionals is looking for a highly motivated individual to direct the student enrollment process from point-of-inquiry to starting in our school. Our ideal candidate is described as a vibrant, encouraging individual who is excited to join a growing beauty school group in Wisconsin & Missouri. The Admissions Representative uses effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate the student enrollment process.

Qualifications

Key Job Elements/Work Environment:

Interacts with potential students and their support persons to accurately and completely explain educational programs and financial consideration to students, parents, and family members, as well as conduct school tours and present career opportunities

Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and weekly goals; utilize approved admission procedures and practices

Knowledge:

Possess a sincere interest in helping others achieve life goals

Be both energetic and encouraging in your approach with perspective students

Drive to make contributions to overall student enrollments

Desire to create a positive enriching environment to increase the student population

Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field

Six months to one year of related experience. Additional experience in customer service and/or training in communications or sales is recommended
