We're seeking a part-time Hospital Admissions Representative to work Mondays-Fridays from 2pm-6/7pm.

Our Admissions Reps use whiteboard/dashboard/ER Express and or phone for notification of patient arrival/status.

Responsibilities include:

Opening and closing duties Greeting and registering patients Pre-registration Scheduling appointments Insurance Verifications Collecting and posting copays and deductibles Tracking visits and authorizations Preparing admissions paperwork Admitting patients

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Medical Field: 1 year (Preferred) Excellent Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
