Admissions Director

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Admissions Director who will be responsible for providing admissions support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Submit monthly calendar with his/her schedule for the month, to cluster Center Administrators, VP of Operations and VP of Business Development. Works with cluster Center to maximize lead flow into and through the cluster Centers in partnership with Field Liaisons, ensuring that every lead is touched daily. For cluster Centers, coordinates development of patient outcome and ensures Field Liaisons receive outcomes on a weekly basis. Conduct cluster center training as necessary to promote patient satisfaction. Coordinate patient satisfaction efforts at cluster Centers using company patient satisfaction survey tool. Serves as a resource in development of cluster marketing strategies to include center-based staff and field liaisons. Develop specific marketing targets for cluster Centers with heavy emphasis on data-driven marketing to physicians and community agencies but also including home health and other professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree 3 to 5 years of experience in Admissions, Census Development, Marketing, or related fields (Required). Customer Service oriented
