The administrative assistant must have relevant experience. Excellent written and verbal skills are a requirement, and familiarity with the theories, principles, and practices related to human development and behavioral health is preferred.
Hiring Requirement:
The administrative assistant must have a minimum Associates degree or academic equivalency.

The administrative assistant facilitates the mission of the agency by serving as the first-person clients and external stakeholders encounter when connecting with the company.
The administrative assistant primary responsibilities are as follows:
Greets and welcomes guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Directs visitors to the right person and office.
Answers, screens and forwards incoming phone calls and electronic communications (e.g., email correspondences and facsimiles).
Ensures that the reception and communal areas are tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials and supplies (e.g., pens, forms, brochures, sanitation items).
Provide basic and accurate information to clients and external stakeholders in-person and via phone/email.
Receives, sorts and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintains inventory of front office supplies.
Updates calendars and schedule meetings.
Performs other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (e.g., monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Complete intake for new clients.
Assists in process improvements, particularly with systems management and workflow
Maintains client and company confidentiality by securely storing all hard and electronic files and limiting the exchange of information not essential to disclosed parties.
Requirements
The Administrative Assistant must have:
Must have experience working within a Behavioral Health organization
Proven work experience as an administrative assistant, front office administrative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience operating office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and initiative-taking when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Must approach job responsibilities from a client-centered and customer service perspective.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
