The Criminal Records Division (CRD)manages the collection and dissemination of criminal justice information for enhanced public safety. You will be working with the Criminal History Records Section (CHRS) which provides complete, accurate, and accessible criminal history record information.
As the Secretary Senior of CRD, you will perform administrative support, coordinate office operations, and all incoming/outgoing correspondence for the CRD Administrators and section managers. You will gain the trust of internal and external customers through effective communications and providing quality services.

Process mail delivery.
Maintain division procedure manual.
Update new employee orientation manual as needed.
Provide back-up support to the Administrative Assistant 4.
Perform liaison activities with division supervisors and staff.
Maintain all Division fax and copier maintenance and supplies.
Maintain and update external agency distribution addresses/labels.
Assist in the coordination of office operations and facilities maintenance.
Update and distribute internal phone listing, key stamp listings, routing slips, and toner listing.
Maintain official division document records including incoming and outgoing correspondence files.
Prepare and proofread letters and materials for clarity, sentence structure, spelling, grammar, punctuation and compliance with agency guidelines prior to signature by administrator and section managers.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
One year of experience in an office, secretarial or general administrative position.
Proficient in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in the performance of duties.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
