Job Description

We are multi-campus beauty school in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. We are looking to fill a position in our headquarter's office in Stroudsburg/Lehigh Valley. We are looking for someone to assist with the following:
Help with Accounting,record keeping and general administrative tasks; Order processing/Online platform/database maintenance/updates; Assists with various projects/reporting; Assists with other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Traits Needed for Success:
Prior Office/Admin/Quickbooks experience Strong computer and communication skills Attention to Details and good organizational skills * Strong work ethic
