Job Duties:
As an Administrative Coordinator 2, you'll help create a positive first impression for every person you encounter through email or phone. In this role, you will:
Receive, research and respond or refer complaints related to the CCAP Household Eligibility program.
Utilize the available systems to research and provide responses to inquiries related to CCAP eligibility, application status, and general program related questions.
Work with CCAP Household Eligibility staff to resolve escalated issues received by email.
Assist CCAP Household Eligibility staff sort, log, and scan mail from stakeholders and the general public.
Route emails to the appropriate LDOE contact.
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type:
Probational, Promotional, or Job Appointment. The person hired for this position is expected to regularly report to the Baton Rouge office. Current permanent classified state employees may be required to accept a probationary appointment, if selected.
Career Progression:
This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.
Work Schedule:
Workdays are Monday - Friday; work hours will be determined.
Compensation:
The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
