Minimum Qualifications

One year of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.

Job Duties:
Coordinate daily administrative operations for the Director's Office, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Prepare, review, and route official documents, reports, and personnel actions in compliance with Civil Service and agency policies.
Maintain records, files, and databases to support program oversight and executive decision-making.
Assist with budget tracking, procurement requests, and other fiscal support functions.
Support special projects, meetings, and initiatives led by the Director and executive staff.
Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling juvenile justice-related information.
