Receptionist
Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday
Pay $16-$18/hr.
Receptionist Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department
- Receive and direct visitors and clients.
- Receive and assist drivers and verify their delivery/pickup information.
- Enter data for drop ship reports.
- Process parts credit requests
- Process parts returns
- Forward shipping notifications to customers
- File lost shipment claims with UPS/FedEx
- Process and coordinate documentation shipments
- Creates and maintains spreadsheet files.
- Handle requests for information and data
- Assume other receptionist duties when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual a Plus!
- Education: High School Diploma required
- Two (2) years of administrative assistant or receptionist experience required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to professionally communicate verbally and in written form with employees at all levels.
- Works with minimal supervision
