We recently opened a center in the heart of Texas and we are looking to hire to fill this position. We offer a suite of exterior cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients alike, such as pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, paver sealing, and more. - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other documents
- Perform data entry, filing, and record keeping tasks
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects ```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus
- Ability to transcribe documents accurately is a plus
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus
- Event planning experience is a plus This position offers competitive pay based on experience.
