Administrative Assistant/bookkeeper

Job Description


: We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant/bookkeeper with experience in:

  • Microsoft Office & Windows 11
  • Sage Intacct or similar accounting software with ability to quickly learn Sage
  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Account reconciliation and purchase order management
  • Submitting approved timesheets to payroll
  • Organizing customer database
  • Filling out lien waivers, pay applications, vendor applications, etc. (Notary is a plus).
  • Routine supply ordering / clerical office tasks.
  • Answering company phone in a polite and friendly manner, obtaining necessary information, and getting it to the correct staff member.
  • Calling customers to alert them of work scheduled at their property, and/or to obtain information regarding past, current, or future work at their property.
  • Team player that is willing to step in where needed to assist branch manager and service managers.
This position will require between 16-24 hours of in-office work, with an opportunity to work from home for an additional 8 hours per week after 90 days of employment. Hours/pay negotiable based on experience. The right candidate will be focused, detail-oriented, organized, and experienced. Benefits:
