We are an established Real Estate Management Company that manages over 100 investment properties throughout Oregon and Washington. As a team, we accomplish objectives through integrity, leadership, communication, trust, loyalty, quality, and commitment. We are currently looking for Administrative Assistant.

Spanish Speaking Preferred

POSITION: Administrative Assistant
LOCATION: Bellevue, WA
SHIFT: Days \xe2\x80\x93 8:00 AM \xe2\x80\x93 5:00 PM (one hour lunch break) Monday through Friday. Schedule is flexible but must stay consistent.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Two (2) years administrative, secretarial or clerical experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook)
  • Regular and on-time attendance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Internet literate
  • Ability to learn processes and procedures quickly
  • Capable of working in a fluid environment with a can-do attitude
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Complete and stay on top of all tasks delegated by regional managers and supervisor
  • Process rental applications
o Receive rental applications
o Run consumer report & fax status report to the on-site manager
o Follow up status on Rental Application Tracker
o Retain a copy (in a secured/locked location) for our records
o Explain report results to on-site and property managers as needed
  • Process rent increases
  • Assist with landlord lien sales from start to finish
  • Be able to process rent payments received at the corporate office
  • Train and be a resource for community managers for ManageAmerica
  • Maintain constant correspondence between regional managers and community managers
  • Cover the front desk when the receptionist is absent \xe2\x80\x93 includes processing and tracking applications
  • Process notices including 15 day, 5 day, etc.
  • Assist with the filing of FED\xe2\x80\x99s and pulling DMV records
\xc2\xb7 Complete assigned tasks on community onboarding and offboarding checklists
  • Complete assigned tasks on employee onboarding and offboarding checklists
  • Maintain website by keeping information current
  • Create and update procedures as necessary
