Dynamic and rapidly-growing, Robert Half is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a team. You will perform a number of different administrative and office support duties in this Administrative Assistant position. Are you skilled at mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? Your responsibilities
- Field telephone calls
- Complete word processing, filing, and faxing
- Greet and direct visitors
- Support a variety of projects for other employees
Requirements
- Facilities Coordinator experience required
- Mailrooms experience desired
- Ability to use the internet for research
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
