Job Description


Provide receptionist and clerical coverage for YWCA office. Provide administrative and bookkeeping support to the childcare program. Meet and greet people entering the office and assist them in receiving the services needed.

  • Answer phones and monitor the front desk.
  • Receipt childcare payments, fundraising payments, along with donations, or other funds received from the public.
  • Balance account records and track payments from multiple sources
  • Enter data into childcare software program for enrollment, tuition, contact updates, Tuition Assistance Program. Maintain parent/child records.
  • Act as first point of contact for childcare parents. Be willing and able to interact with children and support classroom teachers.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and Central Registry check.
Any combination of education, training and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or GED. Must have 2-3 years of bookkeeping or data entry experience. Experience or training in computers required. Must be comfortable and proficient with computers, data entry, and social media. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.66 - $15.00 per hour Benefits:
