Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support & Coordination
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure departmental efficiency
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Track key dates and deadlines across multiple initiatives
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials
Handle invoicing, expense reporting and provide mailroom support
Communication & Relationship Management
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with professionalism
Escalate or de-escalate communications independently
Draft and deliver written and verbal responses on behalf of leaders
Leverage cross-divisional relationships to drive results
Maintain discretion while handling confidential information
Technology & Systems
Manage SharePoint sites and JonesNet pages
Train team members on tools like Clarity, MS Teams, OneDrive, Zoom, and SharePoint
Provide data entry and generate basic reports
Maintain office equipment and supplies
Event & Travel Planning
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events
Make travel arrangements and assist with onboarding new team members
Order gifts or flowers on behalf of leadership
Strategic Support
Prepare leaders for meetings and speaking engagements
Organize information for use in reports, speeches, and presentations
Format, edit, and proof documents for internal and external use
Apply knowledge of the firm's structure and initiatives to connect leaders with key stakeholders

Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism.
