Outpatient Mental Health Centers

, we offer a variety of mental health services in one convenient location. We help children, adolescents, adults, and older adults address mental health concerns, co-occurring disorder problems and improve their quality of life.




What to expect.

Administrative Assistants provide standard administrative duties to assist behavioral health clients. Greet clients and help them feel welcome, collect co-pays, schedule appointments, and coordinate services with medical and therapist staff.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday: 9:30am - 6pm and Fridays: 8:30am - 5pm.

Specific responsibilities include:

Receive clinic clients Collect client co-payments Receive and route telephone calls Schedule client follow-up appointments Maintain client medical records in good order; file client information; process client and other administrative paperwork Assist with maintenance of OMHC electronic health records Maintain clinic facilities for optimal and secure functioning Support medical staff with receipt, logging, and distribution of faxes, medical refill, pre-authorization requests, and delivered medications Provide backup assistance to Intake and other administrative staff as warranted Complete insurance authorizations and eligibility checks. All other duties as assigned to ensure successful operation of OMHC and/or addictions services

Pay for this position is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, years and level of related years of experience.





What we need from you.


High school diploma. 1-2 years of administrative experience. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
