Job Summary
Our client is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in New York, NY! This team works in a hybrid environment and is responsible for providing administrative assistance, such as calendar management, writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive\xe2\x80\x99s behalf.

Duties:

  • Manage the executive\xe2\x80\x99s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
  • Welcome visitors and identify the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Associates degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with calendar management
  • Experience coordinating department meetings
  • Experience with travel and expense management
  • Experience with team meetings and offsite planning
