Front Desk Receptionist

to join our Anchorage office. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and team members -- helping keep the office running smoothly while offering exceptional service with a smile. What You'll Do

Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and messages Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services Keep the reception and common areas tidy and well-stocked Support administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry Assist with scheduling, calendar updates, and meeting coordination Provide support to HR and Operations with onboarding and events Be a helpful resource for team members and visitors alike

What You Bring

Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment Reliability and a team-oriented mindset A friendly, calm, and solutions-focused attitude
