Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay: $19.00-$20.50/hour DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Welcomes patients and visitors into the office and directs them as appropriate.
2. Manages company phones, answering and routing incoming calls and addressing voicemail messages as needed. Routes phones to on-call or backup staff as appropriate.
3. Ensures adequate stock and manages reorder and organization of office supplies, cleaning products, refreshments, PPE, and other items as needed.
4. Receives, sorts, and distributes mail/deliveries.
5. Scans/downloads, labels, and routes incoming correspondence to the appropriate person or department.
6. Assists with data entry and company database management.
7. Maintains office filing and storage systems. Reviews documents to ensure completeness and accuracy of filing.
8. Uploads documentation to patients charts in a timely and accurate manner.
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
10. Creates, prepares, and maintains a supply of patient admission packets, supplies, PDN Bins, client supplies and equipment, and other packets/supplies, as assigned.
11. Creates and distributes all types of cards, gifts, etc. for staff, clients, and vendors.
12. Assists with setup, assignment, and maintenance of electronic devices, including maintaining associated tracking and logs, as needed.
13. Assists with preparations and set up for meetings, trainings, and events, as assigned.
14. Runs errands as requested.
15. Creates guides for various tasks for employee reference.
16. Maintains a clean and organized work environment. Assists with office cleaning as assigned.
17. Responsible for opening and closing protocols for the office.
18. Performs other related functions as directed.
19. Alerts supervisor to problems and/or concerns which may lead to employee or client dissatisfaction, noncompliance, or reimbursement issues.
20. Promotes teamwork among co-workers, including assisting fellow office workers, as needed.
21. Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with clients, co-workers and visitors.
22. Markets the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
