How you'll contribute

An
Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA)
who excels in this role:
Provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership
Manages complex calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates logistics for internal and external events
Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, and maintains databases and records
Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Manages travel arrangements and prepares itineraries and related documentation
Screens calls, greets visitors, and serves as a professional point of contact between executives and stakeholders
Assists with project coordination, document preparation, and meeting follow-up
Supports cross-team initiatives by organizing meetings, events, and communication
Prioritizes tasks and manages multiple competing deadlines effectively

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience supporting senior-level leadership and the ability to manage complex tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Additional requirements include:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
Minimum 7 years of administrative experience (executive-level support preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters discreetly
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
