Job Description

Admin, General Office - Assist managers and supervisors in document management and communications. This may include filing and document generation using a variety of software programs. It may also include telephone, e-mail, and other forms of communication with both internal and external customers.

Summary:





The General Office Admin compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of the establishment by performing the following duties:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:




Sorts and processes correspondence and mail. Files correspondence and other records. Generates documents specific to branch/department needs. Answers telephone and routes calls as needed. Greets visitors, and directs them to the appropriate person. Participates in meetings and strategy sessions. Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or EHS. Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill. Handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
