Seven Hills ASPiRE!, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, offers innovative and creative programming that provides opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and brain injury to develop skills necessary to pursue interests in employment, recreation, and social interaction.

Pay: $20.50hr

Responsibilities:

Support Personal Care Needs:

Assist individuals with dining, toileting, and transfers, ensuring their comfort and dignity.

Implement Engaging Programs:

Develop and lead individual and group activities that promote skill development, independence, and community integration.

Collaborate on Behavior Plans:

Work with the clinical team to create and implement behavior management strategies tailored to each individual.

Facilitate Transportation:

Assist with transporting participants to various activities and appointments as needed.

Evaluate and Document Progress:

Conduct satisfaction surveys, document participant progress, and ensure compliance with Individual Support Plans (ISPs).

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred. High School diploma with 1 year of related experience also accepted. Compassionate, organized, and eager to make a difference. * A valid driver's license and the ability to assist in physical interventions as needed.
