Summary

The Activities Manager provides a vital role in planning, organizing, and implementing engaging activities that promote well-being and community involvement among residents. This role supports our mission to deliver exceptional senior care by fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate a variety of recreational activities tailored to residents' needs and interests.

Collaborate with staff to develop an activity schedules that enhance residents' quality of life. Facilitate therapeutic and social programs. Manage activity budgets and resources efficiently. Maintain detailed records of resident participation and feedback. Foster a positive environment that encourages social interaction. Support residents in participating in activities that promote independence. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure activities meet individual needs. Must be proficient in computer skills, including Outlook and Canva.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
