As we continue to grow across the U.S., we're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll manage customer invoicing, process payments, respond to billing inquiries, and provide vital support to the Finance & Accounting team.

Responsibilities and Role

Engage with customers to resolve past-due balances, interpreting contracts and obligations with confidence and accuracy Process payments and apply cash receipts in a timely, precise manner Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, drawing on account history and data Generate accurate invoices from sales orders or contracts, including setting up recurring billing when needed Respond to billing inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and timeliness Monitor and manage the AR email inbox to efficiently handle and resolve customer questions Collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to ensure a seamless customer experience Conduct research to provide customers with clear, informative solutions Support the monthly close process for all assigned accounts

Candidate Competencies

3+ years of accounts receivable and customer service experience Proficient in NetSuite (required) Comfortable managing aged receivables and following up effectively A self-starter who takes ownership of their work from start to finish Proficient with Mac computers Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively Committed to confidentiality, accuracy, and accountability

Compensation

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ($23.00 - $25.00 / hour depending on experience), comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.
