About the Role




We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

AP Supervisor

to join a dynamic manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounts payable operations and a passion for process improvement. The position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work arrangements.

This is a full time temporary position until the end of December 2025 with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies Supervise and mentor AP staff, providing guidance and performance feedback Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and operations Prepare AP reports and assist with month-end close activities Support audits and provide documentation as needed

Qualifications



3-5 years

of experience as an AP Supervisor or Manager Prior experience in a

manufacturing environment

is highly preferred Familiarity with

SAP

or similar ERP systems is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
