Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Assist in the 1099 year-end and IRS submission process Perform accounts payable system-related activities and reporting on electronic interfaces from purchasing systems Review supplier integration and ensure supplier portal data is maintained and updated accurately Monitor outsourcing provider updates to invoices and suppliers, ensuring they are performed Provide analytical and dashboard reporting for process improvements Monitor and respond to open cases or tickets relating to inquiries or service requests Conduct independent bank validations


Skills:

Proficient in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups Strong accounts payable processing capabilities Analytical and data analysis acumen Experience with 1099 year-end processes, including reconciliations and tax filings Knowledge of PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems Familiarity with Coupa, SAP, Ariba, or integrated purchasing systems Proactive and confident approach to problem-solving Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Experience:

Minimum of one year of experience in high-volume accounts payable or in data analytics
