Job Description
Robert Half Talent Solutions has partnered with an international manufacturing organization in Bowling Green as they look for an Accounting Specialist to join their team. As the successful candidate, your initial focus will primarily be on Accounts Payable, but you will have a significant impact on the overall accounting function as you:
- Assist with month-end close & journal entries
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Complete reconciliations
- Produce sales metrics
- Cross-train on the AR function & assist with collections
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Controller
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 2+ years\' applicable experience (AP in a manufacturing environment)
- Possess intermediate Excel skills
- Be willing to support the overall accounting function as needed
