Job Description

Primary Purpose Compile, record, and report numerical data to keep production and yield records complete. Perform any combination of routing calculating, reconciling, and verifying duties to obtain primary data for use in maintaining accounting records. Must be skilled in time management to ensure the accurate and timely processing of large volumes of data. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and reports pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers. Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Compile, record, and report condemnations information.

• Reconcile finished product inventories and update inventory prices.

• Compile, compute, and report yield and statistical information and publish daily operator reports.

• Maintain trend and historical data files.

• Prepare various weekly & monthly reports related to processing information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Degree.
• 0-2 years related work experience.
• Careful attention to detail, ability to complete tasks thoroughly, accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive use of Excel and some familiarity with Access and other software.
