Manager of Accounting / Path to Controller and then Director of Finance

Who We Are Looking For

Controller or Manager of Accounting to lead our accounting team, that would be on a defined track to being the Controller, reporting to the President. This will include:

• Overseeing the accounting and finance functions of the company

• Performing M-E close, post close metrics and analysis

• Managing the Billing Department, staff of 2

• Understanding the client pricing, maintaining accuracy

• Upholding client standards and fostering relationships

• Working with auditors for review and compilation

• Full balance sheet reconciliations

• Preparing allocations

What You Bring to Us

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience

• A financial analyst perspective and experience

• Experience with QuickBooks

• Strong Excel skills

• Good communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and verbal

• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently

• Very well organized with great ability to prioritize

• Follow through on commitments

• Self-starter, dependable, with ability to manage multiple priorities

• Prior management/supervisory experience of AP/AR functions a plus

• Experience with payroll processing a plus

What We Offer You

• Salary $65,000 - $85,000 plus bonuses

• Quarterly and Annual Bonuses \xe2\x80\x93 makes a targeted total comp range of $70 - $95k
