Job Description


Accounting company is in search of a strong Administrative Assistant to assist the AP Manager with the following tasks including but not limited to:

  • Filing
  • Utility billing processing / set up new accounts / close accounts
  • Data entry using customized accounting system
  • Scanning / Copying
  • Strong problem solving and Microsoft Excel experience required.
Looking to hire on a full time permanent basis asap. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits:
