Candidate must have an excellent interpersonal qualities and communication skills. Must have outstanding customer service ability and the willingness to work in a fast pace work environment with multitasking.

Requirements:

- Education: a minimum of Associate's Degree Required

- 3 months of experience with QuickBooks / Accounting (New and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply)

- Excellent customer service skills, strong math skills (COMFORTABLE WITH NUMBERS), great computer skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills a must.

- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

-Applicants must be able to work 1/2 day on alternate Saturdays. (40 Hrs Working Week)

- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population of students, parents, and staff.

- Organized and pays close attention to details.

- minimum 40 wpm, good typing skills and computer skills required.
