Responsibilities
Accounting Assistant
A desirable opportunity exists for a highly detail-oriented individual to perform accounting functions which may include some or all of the following; processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, handling resident inquiries, bank deposits and maintaining accurate records and files.
Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience along with a high school degree or GED equivalent.
• Also a high level of detail and accuracy is required.
• Ability to perform 10-key by touch.
• Must have knowledge of computerized accounting systems; JD Edwards preferred and basic knowledge of Excel.
• This position requires the ability to multitask and work independently along with a customer service focus to interact with residents.

USD $24.17 - USD $29.60 /Hr.
