Amazon is looking for a dynamic, driven, and creative Account Representative to join the Consumables team, which consists of the Grocery, Health and Personal Care, Pets, Premium Beauty, Mass Beauty and Baby categories. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, customer obsessed, and highly motivated New Account Representative to support strategic relationships at their infancy and deliver results for the organization\xe2\x80\x99s selection growth goals.

As an Account Representative your primary focus area will be to own and improve the new Brand launch process. You will have the opportunity to build new Brand relationships by helping Brands build a strong foundation for their Amazon business through education of best practices, close support and troubleshooting, and collaboration with key Amazon internal stakeholders. In addition to this primary focus area, you will also own the subject matter expertise over a specific topic (e.g., catalog ingestion and defect prevention, operational excellence, Premium Beauty Brand integrity) and have an opportunity to contribute to the growth or improvement of that specific topic. Among other things, you can expect to leave this role with a greater understanding of the Consumables business, ownership over multiple new Brand launches, and experience project managing across a variety of teams both internal and external. From Day 1, you will have ownership over your Brand portfolio, and the ability to drive significant impact to the customer experience and the business.

By applying to this role, you will be considered for this position as well as four other equivalent openings (2326315, 2326317, 2326318, 2326319). Two roles will be dedicated specifically to Premium Beauty, while the other three roles will be focused on remaining Consumables categories.

  • Support strategic Brands operationally as they start doing business in Amazon\xe2\x80\x99s Store
  • Guide Brands through account setup, building a foundation for long term success on Amazon.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deep dive catalog, operational, or other issues affecting Brand selection
  • Prioritize and complete additional projects or SMEships while maintaining current portfolio of managed Brands.
  • Develop a clear understanding of Amazon\xe2\x80\x99s business models and become an expert in the use of Vendor Central or Seller Central

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $55,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $132,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
