Our Account Administrators are responsible for supporting our Account Executives as they manage a portfolio of key accounts through their involvement in day-to-day administrative requirements, client relationships and delivering best-in-class service for our sourcing, meeting, and event clients. This position will ensure our clients' daily needs are met, that nothing falls through the cracks, that we are delivering on all aspects of our SOWs and delivering on client KPI's in support of client retention, growth, and success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Key Account Support
Establish an understanding of client program services as directed by the Account Executives.
Support the client account (not the event), adhere to SOPs, and ensure we are meeting all needs and timelines in line with established operational requirements.
Administratively support documentation, trafficking reports, client/program budgets, and dashboard metrics.
Support tracking project timelines and deadlines, providing regular status updates to the Account Executive and team.
Maintain client records in our CRM system and shared documentation.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of invoices with accounting.
Facilitate and maintain client budgets, reports, and data requirements for Key Accounts in support of Account Executives.
Support Account Executives with Quarterly and Annual Key Account reporting and materials.
Account Management
Support the onboarding of new accounts and projects in a manner that aligns clients' objectives with the Key Account Executive team.
Serve as support to the client contact, inspiring trust by ensuring regular communication, excellent customer service, and timely follow-up.
Reinforce a partnership relationship with shared interests for success.
Support Account Executive with clients and projects in all administrative functions.
Participate in business development in the sales process when requested.
MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in an administrative or account support role preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and commitment to delivering outstanding support.
WORKPLACE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
This position is based in Atlanta. We operate a Hybrid work environment, working as a combination of remote and in-office presence, as well as the possibility of being onsite at client and/or event locations.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS
Requires flexibility in scheduling, such as the ability to work evenings and weekends to meet client, event, or company needs.
