This is a temporary position from April-September 2023 Provides general office support to the Human Resources staff, specifically the Absence Managment team. Processes and maintains personnel records, forms and files. Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of general office skills and equipment and personnel policies and procedures.
This position may work remotely after initial training period.
Responsibilities Enters data into Peoplesoft and tracks on a master spreadsheet. Helps with data entry for case management. Creates and maintains files of all personnel information; removes data from files on a time sensitive schedule. Performs periodic auditing and archiving duties. Assists in special projects throughout the Human Resources department.
Minimum Qualifications Two years of general office experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); familiarity with general office equipment; and demonstrated organizational, computer, human relation and effective communication skills required. This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients. Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
Preferences Previous experience in a Human Resources Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed
