Overview

Duties

Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Manage patient documentation and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering professional development. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and best practices in patient care. Address family concerns.

Experience

Candidates should possess the following experience or skills:

Experience with familiarity in nursing home settings. Team management experience with a focus on supervising nursing staff. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in senior care environments.
