Staff Accountant Location: Princeton, NJ or US - Remote

About the role: INVIDI Technologies has a unique opportunity for an Accountant desiring to expand their background in Corporate Finance. We are looking for a highly dedicated and motivated accounting professional to assist with financial statement review, month end activities and audit preparation. The ideal candidate will be able to produce monthly financial reports, verifying and reconciling them for accuracy and assist with the fixed asset process from start to finish. Key responsibilities:

  • Support the month end closing process; including prepaids, accruals, reconciliations and journal entries
  • Manage employee credit card charges; reconciling, reporting, analysis and approvals
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset register and manage the full Fixed Asset process including entries and depreciation
  • Assist with general ledger account analysis and prepare journal entries as necessary
  • Post entries and reconcile Intercompany accounts
  • Maintain monthly reports in a multi-currency environment
  • Act as backup for Accounts Payable entry for all entities
  • Provide technical accounting review to ensure compliance with applicable policies and with GAAP
  • Assist with audit preparation
  • Other Ad hoc requests as needed

You must have:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related area
  • 3-6 Years of experience
  • Exposure to technical accounting
  • Strong excel skills
  • Strong communication (both written & verbal) with problem solving & interpersonal skills

It will be very good if you have experience in:
  • NetSuite accounting software
  • Concur Expense and Travel

  • INVIDI is a conscious, clean, well-organized, and supportive office environment
