Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, precision measuring instruments, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Duties

Operate and monitor machinery including CNC milling machines and Gluer Operator Set up machines according to specifications and perform necessary adjustments for optimal performance. Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure products meet required standards. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents to execute manufacturing processes accurately. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient production flow. Handle materials safely and effectively in accordance with established procedures. Utilize hand tools for fabrication tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Skills

Proficient in operating CNC programming, CAM programming, and programmable logic controllers (PLC). Familiarity with Fanuc systems is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing environments. Ability to work with various tools including welding equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Experience in quality control processes to ensure product integrity. Knowledge of materials handling techniques within a factory setting. Previous experience in warehouse operations or fabrication is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
