Compensation- Commission-based, High split potential for proven producers, Access to Zillow Flex + Ylopo lead flow per year Responsibilities: o Engage and convert inbound leads from Zillow, Ylopo, and in-house sources. o Conduct buyer and seller consultations, show appointments, and open houses. o Build and maintain client relationships through Follow Up Boss CRM. o Negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and communicate proactively with clients and vendors. o Participate in team meetings, skill sessions, and accountability check-ins. o Follow Rise Group's proven systems and processes to ensure consistent production. Qualifications: o 1-3 years of real estate experience (new licensees considered if highly driven). o An active California Real Estate License (or in process). o Familiarity with CRM systems or digital tools (Follow Up Boss, Ylopo, etc. a plus.) o Strong communication and people skills -- you love connecting and building trust. o A desire for mentorship, accountability, and career development. o A growth mindset -- you're coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn. o Reliable transportation and local market knowledge of the East Bay (Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette, Oakland, etc.).
