What You'll Need
Master's degree in social work or counseling.
North Dakota license - LMSW, LAPC or LPC required; LCSW or LPCC preferred.
Experience with children and victims of violence preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
What You'll Do
Deliver individual and group therapy to youth (under age 18) impacted by domestic violence, sexual abuse, stalking, bullying, and related trauma.
Work directly with youth and their caregivers at CVIC's main office, shelter, and local schools, including rural areas.
Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
Provide support and resources to caregivers and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure youth and families have access to the help they may need.
Maintain accurate records and assist with billing and insurance processes.
Participate in community outreach, prevention, and education efforts.
