Youth Support Specialist - $18+/hour

Weekend Day Hours Needed!



Journey of Hope Community Housing LLC was formed in 2018 to be a culturally specific, community-based housing solution for youth in Ramsey County. As a Youth Support Specialist you will be critical to help us succeed in our mission to provides a safe and encouraging environment for African American adolescents and their families.

We offer residential services with supports tailored to the needs of each individual, including assistance with daily activities such as school work, medication administration, and personal cares. You may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to/from school and other activities. In addition, you will support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to encourage individuals to recognize their potential and reach their goals.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age High school diploma or GED Successful clearance of local and/or state background check Positive attitude and willingness to learn 1+ years of relevant experience (Preferred)*
Drivers License Preferred*
