We are seeking a passionate and dedicated USSF Licensed D or higher licensed Soccer Coach to join our team. Having a USSF D License or higher is a

must

and requirement unless you have a UEFA coaching license. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soccer coaching and a commitment to educating young athletes in the fundamentals of soccer. This role involves developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sports environment. The Soccer Coach will work with various age groups, ensuring that each player receives personalized attention and guidance.

Duties

Educate players on soccer techniques, strategies, and rules of the game. Plan and conduct engaging training sessions that focus on skill development and teamwork. Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Implement behavior management strategies to maintain discipline and respect within the team. Organize and lead practice sessions, games, and tournaments. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss player development and address any concerns. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a love for the game among all participants. Ensure a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in soccer coaching is REQUIRED with a MINIMUM USSF D soccer coaching license. USSF C soccer coaching license or above preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes. A passion for soccer and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all players.
