Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports coaching and a strong background in working with children. As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for developing players' skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive environment for learning and growth in the sport.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training sessions that enhance players' skills and understanding of soccer. Teach fundamental techniques, tactics, and strategies to players of varying skill levels. Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among players. Organize and lead practice sessions, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding player development and team dynamics. Attend games and tournaments as required to support the team.

Requirements

Previous experience in sports coaching, preferably in soccer. Experience in behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning atmosphere. Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate young athletes. A passion for soccer and commitment to developing players both on and off the field.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
