Are you a high-energy young adult who loves working with kids and wants to make a real impact? Do you want a job that's active, meaningful, and never boring? Apex Leadership is looking for passionate, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as we bring the #1 leadership and fitness program to elementary schools!

What You'll Do:

Lead high-energy, school-day programs that teach leadership, character, and fitness.

Deliver short, inspiring classroom lessons to students.

Participate in fitness-based events like Fun Runs, Recess Games, and Move events.

Travel to a NEW school campus every 2 weeks.

Help schools raise money while making a

real

difference in students' lives.

? Must-Haves:

Strong character, integrity, and work ethic

LOTS of energy and an outgoing, fun personality

Athletic and physically able to keep up with energetic kids!

Reliable, organized, and quick on your feet

Dependable transportation + willingness to travel across Puget Sound (40-mile radius)

Able to pass a clean background check

Ideal Candidates:

Young adults who are VERY energetic with a BIG, positive personality

Physically active individuals who can match the energy of kids all day

Fun, enthusiastic, and social - someone others naturally gravitate toward

People looking to grow into leadership roles within a mission-driven organization

Location: Serving schools in the Bremerton, Silverdale, Port Orchard areas. Also potential to serve schools in the Kent, Auburn areas.

Schedule: Follows school hours and calendar (M-F | 8am-4pm | No evenings, weekends, or summers!)

Compensation: $750-$800/week (Paid Weekly) + Bonus Opportunities

High School or college grads or college students currently enrolled in on-line courses and available during the week days.

Teachers looking for a fresh, non-traditional education job
