Role Overview:
As an owner-operator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the summer camp, including:- Overseeing program implementation and ensuring a safe, fun environment.
- Managing and mentoring a team of camp counselors and staff.
- Handling administrative tasks, such as scheduling and budgeting.
- Engaging with parents and community members to promote the camp's values and benefits.
- Collaborating with our head office for support and guidance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in Directing / or being an Assistant Director of a Summer Camp
- Passionate about youth development and education /Sports.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Entrepreneurially motivated and committed to operational excellence.
- Prior experience in education, sports management, or recreational services is a plus but not required.
