We're growing our pickleball program and looking for an energetic, motivated, and skilled professional to join our team!

Position Overview

We're seeking a

Youth Pickleball Pro & League Coordinator

to lead our pickleball programming, from youth development to adult leagues. This full-time, hourly position offers an exciting opportunity to grow with an expanding department and play a key role in delivering high-quality experiences to our members and guests.

Responsibilities

Teach

private, semi-private, and group pickleball lessons

for all ages and skill levels Lead and organize

Elite Youth Pickleball programming

Coordinate and manage

adult pickleball leagues

Assist with

facility maintenance and court upkeep

Support

club events, tournaments, and camps

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude on and off the court

Qualifications

Prior

pickleball teaching or coaching experience

required Experience with

youth pickleball or tennis instruction

preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Self-starter with a professional and enthusiastic approach Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Schedule

Hours outside of private lesson bookings include:

Weekday afternoons and evenings Weekends required for events, leagues, and tournaments

Compensation

Full-time hourly position (rate based on experience) Opportunities for additional income through private lessons and events
