The Mental Health Counselor plays a vital role in promoting emotional well-being, resilience, and self-advocacy for our students and program participants.

Here at The Hope Center for Autism (HCFA), we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselor to join our team Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. The ideal candidate is patient, collaborative, and passionate about empowering individuals on the autism spectrum. This role directly supports our mission of opening doors to a limitless future for individuals on the spectrum and those affected by related developmental differences.

This position provides both individual and small group counseling to children, teens, and adults with autism and related developmental differences. The counselor collaborates closely with our multidisciplinary team--teachers, therapists, and families--to nurture positive mental health, strengthen social-emotional growth, and foster a safe, supportive environment for every individual we serve.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
