Hooper Hands Basketball Academy is currently seeking to fill Part-Time Youth Basketball Coach positions in Brookfield,Hartland, Greenfield, Greendale and Wauwatosa. We need coaches for fall/winter classes in the evenings and weekends.

We are looking for coaches who are energetic, smiling faces and enjoy teaching kids the game of basketball.

Our program offerings include summer camps, tot classes, skill clinics, and special events.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:*

Assist with set-up/take down of daily activities on basketball court Assist the Lead Basketball Instructor in ways that will benefit the total program Carries out assignments as prepared by the Lead Basketball instructorTeach both skills and sportsmanship values while assuring fun program for all participants
JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Youth Basketball Coach Qualifications:_*

Be extremely reliable and always on time. Be enthusiastic about teaching basketball Have basic knowledge of basketball fundamentals, drills & team concepts.

Must be Friendly, Energetic, and Outgoing Must be Patient, Consistent and Empathetic Be able to pass a national background check. Have reliable transportation Be available to work Saturday mornings Great sense of humor Excellent communication skills Most importantly, applicants must be able to relate well to kids, share their knowledge and passion for sports, and bring a high-energy "can do" attitude to class EVERYDAY.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

basketball: 1 year (Required) coaching youth sports: 1 year (Preferred) working with kids: 1 year (Preferred)
Shift availability:

Night Shift (Preferred)
