Youth sports coaches design and teach basic sports strategies to an assigned group of youngsters. The job is to preside over all team activities and to teach valuable sporting skills such as teamwork, fair play, and sportsmanship.
1. Coach an assigned group of children emphasizing skill development, safety, fair play, sportsmanship, and fun.
2. Preside over team activities including all scheduled team practices and games
3. Be responsible for team equipment.
4. Ensure equal playing time for all your players regardless of the score.
5. Work to establish and improve team unity and spirit.
Time Commitment: Generally, all that is required is 1.5 hours Tuesday/Thursday evenings for practice. 1.5 Hours for games on a Saturday or Sunday. However, there are trainings, clinics, and meetings that you may also be asked to attend.

Pay: Up to $1,000.00 per month
